Introduction
This course will provide an overview of the causes and symptoms of menopause, as well as how to manage them through healthy eating habits and natural remedies. We will discuss nutrients that can help to improve overall health during menopause, including phytochemicals, minerals, vitamins, herbs, dietary fibre, and proteins. Topics such as food allergies and intolerances, proper nutrition while pregnant or breastfeeding, mindful eating practices and lifestyle changes will also be discussed.Â
