3. To demonstrate proper use and care of tattoos equipment such as needles, inks, and machines.

5. To give an understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, permits required to begin tattooing professionally 
6. To review post-tattoo healing guidelines from wound care to aftercare products 
7. To discuss strategies for marketing a tattoo business including networking with local professionals
